A jovial sort who always sees the best in life, The Dreamfinder is the type of person one might think about when they think of someone helping to run a Disney park. He is, however, a little overbearing, and it’s easy to get tired after talking to him for only a few minutes. He runs the imagination aspects of City, thinking of new and fun ways to improve the park as a whole.

He is also one of the few original cast members who actively attempts to befriend Bill, since their two departments are closely connected.
